The founders were part of the origins of the UK internet economy, having built and managed a top UK online broker IMIWeb attracting an immense customer base within 3 years of commencing operations (sold to Halifax and rebranded to IWeb). In addition, team members helped publicly list one of the largest finance portals in the UK (Interactive Investor) and subsequently restructured and sold it to AMP.

Success was achieved by deploying groundbreaking internet ad strategies, acquiring customers at considerably cheaper cost than competitor sites. IWeb became a leading share dealing brand in the UK, and the fastest growing company in its sector for over two years. Interactive remains one of the market leaders in its space. In addition, team members have worked with some of the largest UK retail brands, helping to e-commerce enable their offerings.
